Hi Roger! Glad you found the extension. About the washing machine: we do have one, but it’s mainly for staff use. However, I can make an exception and let you use it in the evening hours. Please check with me before using it, and keep in mind the dryer tends to stop frequently, so you’ll need to monitor it every 5 to 10 minutes and restart if needed. After use, please clean the lint filter. Let me know if you want to arrange this!

I didn’t mean you had to go elsewhere 🙂 Since you’re staying for a week, you’re welcome to use our washing machine between 4 pm and 10 pm — just let me know before you start. We’re a little careful about it because sometimes people leave their laundry in the machine and go out, or use it when we urgently need to wash bedding during cleaning. That holds up our work and can mean the staff can’t finish and go home on time. That’s why we ask everyone to check with us first.

We do have a dryer, and you can use it too 🙂 It dries clothes really well, but it sometimes stops — especially with a large load, though it can happen with smaller loads too. Please check on it about every 10 minutes while it’s running.

During cleaning, it's difficult to tell whether items left in the bathrooms or common areas belong to guests who have checked out or guests who are still staying. We will put any unattended items in a ziplock bag and place them on the shelf on Floor 4.5 (between 4F and 5F). Items not claimed within 2 days will be disposed of during cleaning. Please make sure to take your belongings with you! Without this policy, items end up sitting around for days and making the space messy. Thank you!
